On one hand while working with an electric pick, one mainly favours the possibility of a quick change of the tension direction. The auxiliary key for milling corrects malfunctions after milling.  After milling there may some obstacles which the auxiliary key helps to eliminate: 1. On cylinders with emergency function: Maintain the locking engagement pushed inside with the auxiliary key in the middle of the cylinder while turning it. 2. Normal cylinders: Engagement slipped forwards by the vibrations during milling. Keep the cylinder hole vertical and move the engagement inside with the auxiliary key. This allows turning the locking nose.3. Key in the cylinder from inside: While turning with the auxiliary key, push a sharp 1mm spring steel wire at the border of the cylinder plug so that it takes along the locking nose. 

Hook lock picks in 0.5 mm for setting individual pins in deep positions. This add-on Hook set fills the gap between the 0.4 and 0.6 mm picks. By its medium thickness it is the perfect addition for many keyways. Through precise guidance of the hooks, the pins can be detected and set very accurately. These hooks were designed and extensively tested in collaboration with our team of lockpicking specialists.
