Grid Scale BO-3.1 for Dimple Locks - Opener

The graduations of the grid scales are identical to those of the items MOB-SK001 to MOB-SK004 (3.1mm / 3.4mm / 3.6mm and 3.8mm). In addition, the graduation is recognisable here by a "ring nut". This serves as a grid. The scales offer the advantage that the pick is always positioned in the grid dimension in the thrust axis. For this purpose, an additional pressure spring pin is screwed into the positioning ring. This comes with the tool and can be used if required. Through the modification, the user can concentrate on the rotary axis and the pick in order to set the pin. The slight disadvantage of this is that the liberty in the thrust axis is lost. This could be an issue in some cases. In this case, a scale without a grid would be advantageous. This scale corresponds to the graduation 3.8mm 

These scales are used when it comes to opening dimple locks. They are available in different graduations. The selection of a scale depends on the type of lock you want to open. We currently offer 4 different graduations: 3.1mm / 3.4mm / 3.6mm and 3.8mm. This scale corresponds to the graduation 3.8mm . 

The Multipick ELITE Ultradecoder is designed to decipher the combination of multi wheeled locks. By placing the Ultradecoder on the axle that runs through the wheels inside the lock the operator can feel for changes in the features of the axle. Flat spots or grooves on the axle can be felt by the Ultradecoder as the operator spins the wheels. These flat spots or grooves will reveal the locks combination. By using the decoder on the axle beside each wheel the operator can line up all the flat spots or grooves to the same position. When this is done the combination will be set. The final step is to move combination into the correct position. Simply roll each wheel down one position and test the lock to open. Repeat this process until it does open.The Ultradecoder is made from thin high test steel with a solid steel handle.This decoder can also be used to depress the locking bar inside the Master 175 and other similar models quickly opening the lock.

The included scales are used for the most common types of dimple as well as the most common types of disc disc detainer locks. They serve as a guide for positioning the setting tool above the pin or in the level of the disc to be set. Alternatively, you can palpate the pins or discs freely and then set them with the appropriate tool. With the Multipick ARES Opening System, you have all the options to build the right tool for opening disc detainer and dimple cylinders. This set will allow you to open even difficult models. In addition, you have the option to open more types of locks. The basic module offers you the possibility to expand your system modularly. Our ARES is made of high-quality aluminium with an anodised coating and a special steel alloy, which is used in all our products. In order to achieve a smooth operation between the tensioning tool and the setting tool, a sliding sleeve has been integrated. Clear laser markings on the corresponding components ensure precise orientation during use. More control can be achieved by individually screwing the included handles into the basic module. These are required in some cases, especially when using dimple version. Changing the individual parts, such as the dimple pick, scale, positioning ring, key profile, tensioner and disc setter, can be carried out with minimal effort.

This scale corresponds to the 4.0 mm graduation and is deployed to unlock dimple cylinders.
