Handle Lever for Chubb, lever and warded locks

Handle levers are important tools in cases of mechanical defects of the lock. Unfortunately this type of problem is very common and presents a great challenge to locksmiths. With the help of the door handle lever the latch can be activated by pushing down the handle on the other side of the door, thus opening the door. This unique tool, therefore, is a very simple solution to a difficult problem.

The door lever is an easy to use tool for lifting up doors. Very suited when using the latch opener set for double-offset doors and in many other situations. 

This simple and very useful tool allows the user to pull down the door handle on the other side of the door. The Door Handle-Catch is simply inserted in the gap between door and floor, then lifted up and adjusted above (around) the door handle. Using the pulling-rope on the outside, the handle is then pushed down.  In many cases this is the easiest and fastest method of opening closed but unlocked doors. A necessary precondition for the successful use of the handle-catch is a sufficiently wide gap (at least 4.0 mm) between door and floor or a door-strip that can be removed to create a sufficiently wide gap. The door handle catch can also be used with double rebate doors.In combination with the Door Handle Catch, the Air-Wedge can be very efficient. Door Spreader "Hercules" - A spreader for heavy duty use When rapid access is required or conventional tools fail, the Door-Spreader "Hercules" is the appropriate tool to either create a gap between door and frame, or lift up the door to insert the tools allowing to solve the problem or defect. This very massive and robust tool creates the necessary gap quickly and can even be used to push open terrace doors, unlocked PVC and metal doors or to achieve forceful entry pushing out the hinges etc. A wrench or our gear wrench is required to turn the nut of the mechanism. This door spreader has originally been designed for emergency and law enforcement units.

The welding gloves were also upgraded and the glasses were replaced with a protective mask. The central unit of the BROCO HOT SHOT kit Prime-Cut consists of the handle for the lances, which holds the burning rods with special collets and the integrated oxygen valve to regulate oxygen supply towards the end of the lances. The clamps of the strike plate and the handle of the tool are connected to the battery according to the colour code (red to +, blue to -). Select the appropriate cutting rod and collet depending on the object you want to cut. Unscrew the nut of the handle in order to place the collet then tighten the nut slightly. Now place the thermic rod in the collet (the hollow end of the rod must be placed in the collet/handle) and tighten the nut completely. Now open the valve of the oxygen bottle and adjust the level of oxygen pressure using the pressure reducer. Now touch the strike plate with the tip of the thermic rod in order to create short circuit sparks. Push the mechanism of the handle, in order to let the oxygen flow through the cutting rod and thus igniting the rod. It is possible to adjust the oxygen pressure again in order to start cutting. The higher the oxygen pressure /throughput, the higher the temperature at the tip of the rod. While higher temperature allows faster cutting it will also result in a faster burning of the thermic rod. In order to cut, place the tip of of the rod directly on the surface of the object you want to cut.  When selecting the thermic cutting rods to be used keep in mind that the diameter of the rod and the length of the rod, in combination with the oxygen pressure used, influence the speed of the cut. The oxygen pressure that is optimal depends on the material that is to be cut. The producer recommends the following approximate oxygen pressures for different types of metals: 0.6 - 1.4 bar for the punc  turing hard metal plates1.5 - 3.0 bar for the cutting of steel plates up to 0.7 mm thickness3.0 - 3.5 bar for the cutting of steel plates up to 15 mm thickness3.5 - 4.2 for the cutting of steel plates from 15 mm to 50 mm thickness4.2 - 5.5 for the cutting of steel plates over 50 mm thickness Unfortunately the producer does not give recommendations for the cutting of concrete, bullet proof glass or other materials. Users can quickly find out the optimal oxygen pressure through some short testing, though.
