This 4-piece drill and mill auxiliary key set is an aid for targeted and efficient destructive opening of profile cylinder locks. It enables precise cutting of the core pin row in the cylinder housing by drilling or milling. The set makes the opening process considerably easier, especially for cylinders that are secured with hard driver pins.The drill and mill auxiliary key is inserted into the keyway of the profile cylinder. This pushes the cylinder core pins into the cylinder housing. A drill or milling cutter is then used to drill directly below the cylinder core in order to cut through the row of pins. Depending on the cylinder, the drilling depth is roughly 2.5 cm so that all pins in the core can be cut through. Once the milling or drilling has been completed, the tool should be held in the keyway to prevent the pins from moving and to prevent the cylinder core from jamming again. Afterwards, turn the key stump in the opening direction with the aid of a pair of pliers so that the auxiliary drill key can act as a key and open the cylinder.The thin key blanks fit into most standard profiles and cover around 90 % of common cylinders.This set is particularly practical as it not only makes the milling or drilling process easier, but also allows the key blank to be used directly to open the cylinder after milling. The (in our opinion) perfect Door Latch SliderThe latch opening slider “TFG” completes our selection of tools for the opening of closed but unlocked doors . We are absolutely enthusiastic about the tool’s effectiveness and quality and use the "TFG" on an almost daily basis ourselves. The "TFG" comes in 5 different sizes: 15, 20, 25, 30 & 35 mm, each size optimized for the different types of offset door designs. The HOT SHOT Kit Prime-Cut has been revamped by BROCO.The manufacturer has added a spacious, higher quality carrying case that holds additional gear such as a regulator, clothing and everything else needed to get the job done. The welding gloves were also upgraded and the glasses were replaced with a protective mask. The central unit of the BROCO HOT SHOT kit Prime-Cut consists of the handle for the lances, which holds the burning rods with special collets and the integrated oxygen valve to regulate oxygen supply towards the end of the lances. The 3 meter long oxygen pipe, which is connected to the handle, is to be connected to a conventional oxygen pressure regulator. The clamps of the strike plate and the handle of the tool are connected to the battery according to the colour code (red to +, blue to -). Select the appropriate cutting rod and collet depending on the object you want to cut. Unscrew the nut of the handle in order to place the collet then tighten the nut slightly. Now place the thermic rod in the collet (the hollow end of the rod must be placed in the collet/handle) and tighten the nut completely. Now open the valve of the oxygen bottle and adjust the level of oxygen pressure using the pressure reducer. Now touch the strike plate with the tip of the thermic rod in order to create short circuit sparks. Push the mechanism of the handle, in order to let the oxygen flow through the cutting rod and thus igniting the rod. It is possible to adjust the oxygen pressure again in order to start cutting. The higher the oxygen pressure /throughput, the higher the temperature at the tip of the rod. While higher temperature allows faster cutting it will also result in a faster burning of the thermic rod. In order to cut, place the tip of of the rod directly on the surface of the object you want to cut.  When selecting the thermic cutting rods to be used keep in mind that the diameter of the rod and the length of the rod, in combination with the oxygen pressure used, influence the speed of the cut. The oxygen pressure that is optimal depends on the material that is to be cut. The producer recommends the following approximate oxygen pressures for different types of metals: 0.6 - 1.4 bar for the punc  turing hard metal plates1.5 - 3.0 bar for the cutting of steel plates up to 0.7 mm thickness3.0 - 3.5 bar for the cutting of steel plates up to 15 mm thickness3.5 - 4.2 for the cutting of steel plates from 15 mm to 50 mm thickness4.2 - 5.5 for the cutting of steel plates over 50 mm thickness Unfortunately the producer does not give recommendations for the cutting of concrete, bullet proof glass or other materials. Users can quickly find out the optimal oxygen pressure through some short testing, though.

It serves as an aid for positioning the pick above a pin. Alternatively, you can palpate the pins freely and then position them with the pick.In addition to the Abus- D6X, the basic module offers you the possibility to expand your system modularly.We are working specifically on further profile types for dimple pin-tumbler locks, disc locks and further extensions, such as for opening safes.
