Bump Keys
Bump keys are special tools used in manipulative door opening. They work using the so-called “bump key method”, in which a modified key is inserted into a lock and operated with a light blow to align the pins in the lock and open the door. To be successful with this technique, you need the “right” bump key for the lock you want to open and some experience. However, with a little practice, this opening technique is also one of the most efficient and quickest methods of opening a door without destroying it. You can find videos for a more detailed explanation on our YouTube channel.
Simple Keys
Bump keys for conventional locking cylinders and dimple locks. Or, if you want more, sets for different countries and regions.
SPK: Slider percussion keys
The specially cut Slider Percussion Keys (SPK) can be used in two ways - with spring or rubber damping. These options prevent these special percussion keys from sliding too quickly past the optimal pin positions for opening the lock.
Accessories
All about bump keys. There are many additional accessories which improve the handling of bump keys: Bump hammer (Flexhammer I, II and III and others), Extension-Grips, Flippers with Flipper-Adapter and also special files for production and tuning of bump keys.
Video/Literature
Just possessing a tool does not mean that you are able to use it correctly. With our demonstrative explications we will familiarize you with the correct handling of the bump key techniques. You will learn the particularities of the "Minimal Movement" bumping technique as well as the application of the “chocked off” bumping technique.
