With this revolutionary tool, plastic windows that are shut can be opened from outside without destroying it. First, by means of a latch opening card or an opening needle, the position of the roller pin or mushroom head lock is determined. Next, the pivot puller is inserted into the rebate, then pushed upwards and "tilted" backwards to grip the pivot / mushroom head lock. With this revolutionary tool, plastic windows that are shut can be opened from outside without destroying it. The first step is to locate the position of the pivot or mushroom head lock by means of a latch opening card or an opening needle. Next, the pivot puller is inserted into the rebate, then pushed upwards and "tilted" backwards to grip the pivot / mushroom head lock. Finally, the provided flat ribbon is inserted through the handle eyelet and "knocked" downwards with a round object, causing the window handle to move into the open position. Attention! Cannot be used with wooden windows, as these always consist of a double rebate. 

Practical use showed that the lead rod is not absolutely necessary. As from now on the estimated Genius is also available in pocket size at an exceptional price: It opens tilt & turn windows from outside. One can only act on the handle, if the window is closed. The Woper is a mechanical opening tool for almost all closed windows with wooden, metal or plastic frame and turning handle (not suitable for locked window handles).The opening will be realized without glass breaking by first drilling a hole of minimum 12.5 mm diameter in the window frame with the included special wood drill. The WOPER will be inserted through the drilled hole. Then you place the bent lever arm onto the window handle and open the window by turning the angular handle of the tool.
