Scale BO-3.8 for Dimple Locks - Opener

These scales are used when it comes to opening dimple locks. They are available in different graduations. The selection of a scale depends on the type of lock you want to open. We currently offer 4 different graduations: 3.1mm / 3.4mm / 3.6mm and 3.8mm. This scale corresponds to the graduation 3.4mm

Basically, this handle can be used in the same way as the V2 turning aid handle. The difference is the length of the handle. This is approximately 78 mm for handle V1. 

Why buy a complete new dimple lock pick? For quick pick tip changes, loosen the Allen screw at the head of the ergonomically shaped handle using the Allen key (0.9 mm), remove the faulty or broken pick tip and swap with one of the replacement pick tips. Attention! As we always keep in touch with our community, it has been brought to our notice that the very fine grub screw, which is only meant to prevent the flag from sliding out, can easily become loose if overtightened. To prevent this, we will be using a larger and more solid M2.5 grub screw in future, in order to eliminate this problem. The fixation point built into the shaft holds the pick tip absolutely tight in the right position. Here we are looking at different "Dimple pin picks" required for setting the pins in the lock. We currently offer 5 different picks. These differ in the design and shape of the "flags". Depending on the requirements, the corresponding pick is used.  

This tension tool was created, especially for tensioning in front of the pins, so that there will be more room to work within the keyway. This type of tensioning technique is the preferred option for almost all cylinder locks when it comes to pick opening. Various sizes and gauges ensure that the tool sits perfectly and there is also a choice to match a wide range of profiles.
