After removing the fitting, the latch can first be secured, for example with a door latch opening card. The inner square of the lock nut then serves as a precise centering point for the hole saw, allowing the nut to be removed cleanly. The resulting opening provides access to broken or blocked components, which can then be safely withdrawn using the supplied stainless steel hooks. This procedure ensures controlled working and minimizes unnecessary damage. The set is designed for a structured and reliable workflow and supports efficient emergency operations, particularly with defective lock mechanisms.
