Delivery and Shipping Costs
Available carriers and shipping charges are shown in the cart and at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Depending on the destination and the contents of your order, some services may not be available. If more than one service is available, you can select your preferred option before placing the order. If no selection is made, our system will determine the most suitable available shipping service for your order.
We do not make a profit on shipping charges. They are used solely to cover postage and packaging costs.
Important Information for U.S. Orders
Orders to the United States ship from Germany. The shipping charges shown at checkout cover postage and packaging only, unless expressly stated otherwise. Taxes, customs duties, import fees, carrier or brokerage fees, and other destination charges may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected separately by the carrier or relevant authorities.
We classify shipments containing hazardous goods
Orders containing lithium-ion batteries or items that require special packaging may incur an additional packaging or shipping charge. Any applicable charge must be shown before the customer places the order.
Where can I see and change the delivery and shipping costs?
You always have an overview of your shipping costs. To give you a clear overview of all the relevant information, we have provided some illustrations for you.
Always Clear and Organized

At the top right of our shop page, you will always find your shopping cart symbol accessible. Clicking on it will provide you with a clear list of purchases already in your cart.
There, you will find the itemized shipping costs and the suggested shipping service provider. This is visible in the first image on the left.
The other four images can be found under "Completing Your Order." There, before finalizing your order, you can change the shipping service provider. The resulting shipping costs will be automatically displayed to you.
Worldwide shipping, cost-effective and fair
Worldwide shipping is time-consuming and expensive. In recent years, the prices for worldwide shipping have exploded. This presents us as a company with major challenges, because we want you to be able to continue to order our tools from us at reasonable and acceptable prices.
That is why we are taking a special approach to offer you a great shopping experience. Multipick is fair and wants to offer you the best service. That's why we cover some or all of the shipping costs for you and here's how it works:
All shipments of goods outside Europe are calculated by us specifically according to the quantity you purchase. For you, this means that our system reduces the shipping costs as a percentage as the value of the goods increases. This can even mean that we pay the entire shipping costs for you. So the higher the value of your shopping cart, the lower your shipping costs will be.
As you can see, we do everything we can to satisfy you, and no matter where you are in the world - we deliver at fair prices.
