SPK-Multiversal Set "R" for 4 mm distances

Most cylinder producers use a left (guided on the left) profile for their standard cylinders. As this usually is the only common characteristic, most traditional bump keys with this “universal“ profile can only be used with very limited success. Only our new Slider Percussion Keys allow changing and adapting the impact, depending largely on the cylinder. This allows overcoming differences in the cylinders of different producers, such as springs of different strengths, different shapes of pins, different distances from the front of the cylinder to the first pin and differences in depths, of course. We decided to produce our first Multiversal Set for cylinders with distances of 4 mm between pins, because this is the measure that is used by most producers in the production of their standard lines of cylinders. Our newly developed keys simplify the non-destructive opening of 6 pin cylinders, secured with a narrow profile design. After the stroke, the integrated spring ensures:1. A prolongation of the keys “flight” phase, which proportionally extents the time frame for the turning movement.2. An self-acting rebound of the key after a missed stroke.3. An attenuation of stroke and noise.4. The Multipick ELITE Ultradecoder is designed to decipher the combination of multi wheeled locks. By placing the Ultradecoder on the axle that runs through the wheels inside the lock the operator can feel for changes in the features of the axle. Flat spots or grooves on the axle can be felt by the Ultradecoder as the operator spins the wheels. These flat spots or grooves will reveal the locks combination. By using the decoder on the axle beside each wheel the operator can line up all the flat spots or grooves to the same position. When this is done the combination will be set. The final step is to move combination into the correct position. Simply roll each wheel down one position and test the lock to open. Repeat this process until it does open.The Ultradecoder is made from thin high test steel with a solid steel handle.This decoder can also be used to depress the locking bar inside the Master 175 and other similar models quickly opening the lock. 

Many cylinders are much easier to open in one direction than the other or have been closed by various turns. Often, it is also impossible to pull the bump key out of the keyway once the cylinder has been unblocked. In these cases it is necessary to pass the locking position of the cylinder once or repeatedly without being able to use a plug spinner (because of the stuck bump key). We have, therefore, developed an adapter for plug spinners which allows using them in combination with bump keys. The adapter is mounted on the Plug Spinner or Flip-It and the key handle is placed in the cut of the adapter.(Does not work with article 3125 - Flip-It) The rotary force of the plug spinner is now transmitted on the rotor via the bump key.
