We place great importance on delivering to you reliably, which is why our shipping system automatically determines the optimal shipping service for you. This way, you can always be sure that you will receive your order reliably and, above all, cost-effectively.
However, in some cases, it may be beneficial to manually select the shipping service provider. This is also not a problem with us. We want to show you that you can keep track of your shipping costs throughout the entire purchasing process and also manually select the carrier.
Decide:
• We choose the cheapest carrier for you to ensure smooth delivery at the best price.
or
• You decide yourself from which carrier you want to be supplied at the desired price.
Please note that depending on the country and region, not all shipping options may be available. Our system will then suggest the best possible option.
By the way: We don't make any profit on shipping costs! The incurred shipping costs are solely for covering packaging and postage expenses.
We classify shipments containing hazardous goods
We classify shipments containing hazardous goods
(Lithium-ion batteries) or goods that require a great
amount of packaging as Parcel+. For this we have
to invoice you a surcharge for packaging and shipping.
Where can I see and change the delivery and shipping costs?
You always have an overview of your shipping costs. To give you a clear overview of all the relevant information, we have provided some illustrations for you.
Always Clear and Organized

At the top right of our shop page, you will always find your shopping cart symbol accessible. Clicking on it will provide you with a clear list of purchases already in your cart.
There, you will find the itemized shipping costs and the suggested shipping service provider. This is visible in the first image on the left.
The other four images can be found under "Completing Your Order." There, before finalizing your order, you can change the shipping service provider. The resulting shipping costs will be automatically displayed to you.
Worldwide shipping, cost-effective and fair
Worldwide shipping is time-consuming and expensive. In recent years, the prices for worldwide shipping have exploded. This presents us as a company with major challenges, because we want you to be able to continue to order our tools from us at reasonable and acceptable prices.
That is why we are taking a special approach to offer you a great shopping experience. Multipick is fair and wants to offer you the best service. That's why we cover some or all of the shipping costs for you and here's how it works:
All shipments of goods outside Europe are calculated by us specifically according to the quantity you purchase. For you, this means that our system reduces the shipping costs as a percentage as the value of the goods increases. This can even mean that we pay the entire shipping costs for you. So the higher the value of your shopping cart, the lower your shipping costs will be.
As you can see, we do everything we can to satisfy you, and no matter where you are in the world - we deliver at fair prices.
