The Door Handle-Catch is simply inserted in the gap between door and floor, then lifted up and adjusted above (around) the door handle. Using the pulling-rope on the outside, the handle is then pushed down.  In many cases this is the easiest and fastest method of opening closed but unlocked doors. A necessary precondition for the successful use of the handle-catch is a sufficiently wide gap (at least 4.0 mm) between door and floor or a door-strip that can be removed to create a sufficiently wide gap. The door handle catch can also be used with double rebate doors.In combination with the Door Handle Catch, the Air-Wedge can be very efficient.
