Auxiliary tools for the changing of pinsA new alternative to the pliers, this tool enables the removal of circlips of euro-profile cylinders and rim cylinders. Works on spring steel, brass and mild steel circlips. A spare blade is supplied in the handle. 

High quality, stainless steel curved shims used for the dismantling of round cylinders. After a key blank is inserted into the plug from one side, a shim is inserted from the other side, between the body of the lock and the plug. Whilst the blank key is carefully pulled out, the shim is pushed in, until the upper pins are totally separated from the lower pins. With the help of a follower the cylinder core can be pushed out of the main body of the lock. When the correct size and strength is used, these shims maintain their sharpness and are highly durable.
