ProDrill 6 x 60 x 25 mm
The ProDrill carbide drill mill has a diameter of 6.0 mm, making it ideal for precise drilling and milling in hard materials. Its robust metal alloy ensures high wear resistance and long service life, making it the perfect tool for professional use. Another advantage of drill mills is that they can also be used at low speeds, allowing for precise work and better control of the milling process. The ProDrill is a hybrid cutter capable of both drilling and milling. It was specifically designed to perform drilling and milling operations with a single tool.Dimensions: 6 x 60 x 25 mmImportant note: This is a drill mill which, for specific milling operations, requires higher rotational speeds.

Magnetic Lifter
The Multipick magnetic lifter is characterised by its versatility. Thanks to its telescopic design, the magnetic staff can be extended from a compact length of 11.5 cm up to 50 cm for flexibility. It is made of high-quality chrome-plated metal and is fitted with a strong magnet at its tip to draw ferromagnetic metal pieces out of a cylinder or a broken or milled cylinder, as well as to remove small pieces of metal residue from the cylinder receptacle after use with our V-Pro extraction screws. The corrosion-resistant and durable material ensures a long service life. A practical feature is the integrated pocket clip, which makes the magnetic lifter to be transported easily. This means it can be comfortably taken along with you for any job, especially at the customer's premises.

V-PRO self-tapping pull screws 4.2 x 48 mm - 10 pieces
THE NEW V-PRO SELF-TAPPING EXTRACTION-SCREWS Manufactured according to the latest state-of-the-art technical expertise Very powerful!High tensile strength and breaking load, combined with a high degree of torsion Our most economical customer uses our screws repeatedly up to 6 times - what should we do about this? No pre-drilling required! (self-tapping)It screws into the cylinder efficiently, thanks to a newly-developed drill-bit-tip and the DELTA SEAL® anti-friction coatingOptimized thread geometry and screw length!Maximum retention force in each cylinder profileOne-handed screw-in without a ScrewFix bit adapter!Whether by hand or cordless electric screwdriver, via its patented SIT® 20-bit drive (fully downward compatible with TORX20) A great advantage of the SIT 20 drive is that the screw can be driven in with one hand and without a screw adapter. Those who have ever had to thread in screws of other manufacturers will love this advantage! Having a high speed on the drill and applying pressure on the screw is advantageous for easy threading of the V-PRO extraction screw! DELTA SEAL® High-tech color anti-friction coating! The anti-friction coating supports easy screw-in actionAn individual colour scheme for each screw sizeCorrosion protection Important! Experience has shown that a lubricant is often used to assist in threading the screw. This is not necessary with V-PRO extraction screws and in fact is counterproductive. Our screw has an anti-friction coating that does not require a lubricant. If additional lubrication is used, it can lead to the shavings becoming clumped which can no longer be eliminated. V-PRO screws have an impression stamped into the screw-head! Latest technology — Made in Germany! We guarantee the highest qualityDepending on the ordered quantity, the screws will be sent either in boxes or sachets. In this packaging unit we include a SIT20 quality bit.

BROCO - HOT SHOT Kit
The HOT SHOT Kit Prime-Cut has been revamped by BROCO.The manufacturer has added a spacious, higher quality carrying case that holds additional gear such as a regulator, clothing and everything else needed to get the job done. The welding gloves were also upgraded and the glasses were replaced with a protective mask. The central unit of the BROCO HOT SHOT kit Prime-Cut consists of the handle for the lances, which holds the burning rods with special collets and the integrated oxygen valve to regulate oxygen supply towards the end of the lances. The 3 meter long oxygen pipe, which is connected to the handle, is to be connected to a conventional oxygen pressure regulator. We screw the set together fitting to the European standards.(Pressure regulator and oxygen bottle are not included in the set)Functioning:The following articles and accessories are required to work with Hot-Shot thermic lances:Art-No 60300 - Hot-Shot KitBattery with min. 12 volt and 10 Ah. A battery for motorbikes with these characteristics is sufficient.Oxygen bottle (the size depends on the quantity of material you want to cut and existing means of transport /space.Pressure regulator for oxygenAppropriate quantity of thermic cutting rods for the planned application Connect the pressure regulator to the oxygen bottle and the end of the oxygen hose to the exit of the pressure reducer. The clamps of the strike plate and the handle of the tool are connected to the battery according to the colour code (red to +, blue to -). Select the appropriate cutting rod and collet depending on the object you want to cut. Unscrew the nut of the handle in order to place the collet then tighten the nut slightly. Now place the thermic rod in the collet (the hollow end of the rod must be placed in the collet/handle) and tighten the nut completely. Now open the valve of the oxygen bottle and adjust the level of oxygen pressure using the pressure reducer. Now touch the strike plate with the tip of the thermic rod in order to create short circuit sparks. Push the mechanism of the handle, in order to let the oxygen flow through the cutting rod and thus igniting the rod. It is possible to adjust the oxygen pressure again in order to start cutting. The higher the oxygen pressure /throughput, the higher the temperature at the tip of the rod. While higher temperature allows faster cutting it will also result in a faster burning of the thermic rod. In order to cut, place the tip of of the rod directly on the surface of the object you want to cut.  When selecting the thermic cutting rods to be used keep in mind that the diameter of the rod and the length of the rod, in combination with the oxygen pressure used, influence the speed of the cut. The oxygen pressure that is optimal depends on the material that is to be cut. The producer recommends the following approximate oxygen pressures for different types of metals: 0.6 - 1.4 bar for the punc  turing hard metal plates1.5 - 3.0 bar for the cutting of steel plates up to 0.7 mm thickness3.0 - 3.5 bar for the cutting of steel plates up to 15 mm thickness3.5 - 4.2 for the cutting of steel plates from 15 mm to 50 mm thickness4.2 - 5.5 for the cutting of steel plates over 50 mm thickness Unfortunately the producer does not give recommendations for the cutting of concrete, bullet proof glass or other materials. Users can quickly find out the optimal oxygen pressure through some short testing, though.
