Terms and Conditions for the Lockpicking Setup Giveaway
Show us your lockpicking setup and win a voucher worth EUR 100.00 for the Multipick shop. Send us a direct message via one of Multipick’s official social media channels, including a photo of your own lockpicking setup. Please also briefly tell us which training cylinders you use. All complete entries received by 11:59 p.m. on 31 August 2026 will be entered into the prize draw in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
1. Organiser
The organiser of the prize draw is Multipick Direct GmbH, Godesberger Straße 51, 53175 Bonn, Germany.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Multipick Direct GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation is free of charge and is not subject to making a purchase.
3. Participation
To participate, entrants must submit
• a photograph they have taken themselves of their own lockpicking setup and
• a brief statement specifying which training cylinders they use.
The entry must be submitted by email ([email protected]) via one of Multipick’s official social media channels. Each person may enter the prize draw only once. The closing date is 31 August 2026 at 11:59 p.m. German time. Entries received after this deadline or incomplete entries cannot be considered.
4. Prize and Draw
One voucher worth EUR 100.00 for the Multipick shop will be awarded among all valid entries. The winner will be selected at random. The prize cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to another person. The winner will be notified within seven days after the end of the prize draw by direct message via the social media channel used to enter. If the winner does not respond within seven days of the notification being sent, the prize may be drawn again among the remaining participants. Additional contact details, in particular an email address, may be requested for the purpose of awarding the prize.
5. Rights to Submitted Images
By submitting an entry, the participant confirms that they took the photograph themselves or hold the necessary rights of use. The image must not infringe any copyright, personal rights or other third-party rights. If individuals can be identified in the submitted image, the participant must have obtained their consent before submitting it. Participation in the prize draw does not automatically result in publication of the submitted image. If Multipick wishes to publish an image in its newsletter, on a Multipick website or on Multipick’s social media channels, the participant will be asked to provide separate consent in advance. Consent granted for the use of an image may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of any use that has already taken place remains unaffected.
6. Exclusion from Participation
Multipick reserves the right to exclude participants if false information is provided, third-party rights are infringed or technical or organisational attempts at manipulation are detected. Entries containing unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate content will not be considered. Multipick also reserves the right to terminate or modify the prize draw prematurely for good cause if its proper conduct can no longer be guaranteed.
7. Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with the prize draw will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and administering the prize draw. When participating by direct message, communication takes place via the respective social media platform. The privacy policies of the respective platform operator also apply. Data collected for the prize draw will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for conducting and administering the prize draw and provided that no statutory retention obligations apply. Further information on the processing of personal data and the rights of data subjects can be found in Multipick’s privacy policy.
8. Information Regarding Social Media Platforms
The prize draw is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform used for participation. It is neither sponsored, endorsed, organised nor administered by these platforms. The sole contact and responsible party for the prize draw is Multipick Direct GmbH. Participants release the respective platform operators from any claims arising in connection with the conduct of the prize draw.
9. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the conduct of the prize draw. The participant’s statutory rights remain unaffected. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
