The handle makes working much more comfortable and protects against injuries inside the hand by the edges of the opening cards. Assembling is easy: with a simple paper punch the card can be punched and fitted like a sandwich between the two handle parts the two crosshead screws and their counter nuts. 

This simple and very useful tool allows the user to pull down the door handle on the other side of the door. The Door Handle-Catch is simply inserted in the gap between door and floor, then lifted up and adjusted above (around) the door handle. Using the pulling-rope on the outside, the handle is then pushed down.  In many cases this is the easiest and fastest method of opening closed but unlocked doors. A necessary precondition for the successful use of the handle-catch is a sufficiently wide gap (at least 4.0 mm) between door and floor or a door-strip that can be removed to create a sufficiently wide gap. The door handle catch can also be used with double rebate doors.In combination with the Door Handle Catch, the Air-Wedge can be very efficient. Lifter for security-fittings usually allow lifting of the security fitting in order to insert a square bolt knife into the gap and turn the handle mechanism. The 50° angled blade ensures safe work without risk of injury to the users knuckles, since the operating hand do not rest directly on the door panel.Normally this opening technique is only possible with simple fittings which are not screwed together.

Depending on the door, this application can require different techniques therefore it’s advisable to be prepared for all possibilities!
