Most cylinder producers use a left (guided on the left) profile for their standard cylinders. As this usually is the only common characteristic, most traditional bump keys with this “universal“ profile can only be used with very limited success. Only our new Slider Percussion Keys allow changing and adapting the impact, depending largely on the cylinder. This allows overcoming differences in the cylinders of different producers, such as springs of different strengths, different shapes of pins, different distances from the front of the cylinder to the first pin and differences in depths, of course. We decided to produce our first Multiversal Set for cylinders with distances of 4 mm between pins, because this is the measure that is used by most producers in the production of their standard lines of cylinders.
