The Emergency Set for Broken Latch is a practical, professional-grade tool set designed for precise work on broken latches and bolts. It allows targeted access to broken components and enables controlled retraction even when parts are jammed or difficult to reach. After removing the fitting, the latch can first be secured, for example with a door latch opening card. The inner square of the lock nut then serves as a precise centering point for the hole saw, allowing the nut to be removed cleanly. The resulting opening provides access to broken or blocked components, which can then be safely withdrawn using the supplied stainless steel hooks. This procedure ensures controlled working and minimizes unnecessary damage. The set is designed for a structured and reliable workflow and supports efficient emergency operations, particularly with defective lock mechanisms. The set includes an HSS bi-metal hole saw with a 29 mm diameter, three HSS drill bits (6.35 mm, 8.00 mm, and 10.00 mm) with special shanks for the HSS-Co hex shank adapter for hole saws, two stainless steel pointed hooks, and a supplementary online instruction manual.
